Privacy and data handling
HighlightOps collects only what is needed to review sources, create private draft assets, communicate with creators, and operate paid plans.
Information we collect
- Creator/channel name and contact information.
- Submitted source links, channels, style notes, off-limits notes, and platform preferences.
- Payment and plan status from the billing provider; payment card details are handled by Stripe, not HighlightOps.
- Private draft assets, approval notes, and operational metadata.
How we use it
- Review whether a source is usable and authorized.
- Create private content drafts and approval packets.
- Send operational updates, support replies, and billing-status messages.
- Improve the HighlightOps workflow and quality standards.
Public use
HighlightOps will not post your content publicly or use your assets as portfolio examples without separate approval.
Removal requests
Email hello@highlightops.com to request deletion of submitted links, private drafts, or operational records where feasible.
