Refunds and cancellations

Cancellations

Paid plans may be cancelled any time. Cancellation stops future billing according to the billing platform’s timing. Work already completed or queued may still be delivered unless you ask us to stop.

Refund review

If HighlightOps cannot process your submitted source or cannot deliver any usable private draft assets, contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery and we will review refund eligibility.

Refunds are not guaranteed for sources that violate rights requirements, are inaccessible, are outside plan scope, or where usable draft assets were delivered.

Source problems

If a source is unavailable, rights-unclear, or unusable, we may ask for a replacement source before considering refund eligibility.
